- Where can I find the questionnaires and tests the company requested?Requests are in Needs You, on the Dashboard, and in the application itself. The email button leads to the Dashboard after logging in.
- I Exceeded the Number of Quiz AttemptsEach time you start or resume the quiz counts as an attempt. Only the company can grant new attempts.
- I can't complete the questionnaireWhen something is missing, the submission returns to the first problematic question. Check the marked field, format, and required attachments.
- Deadline and Questionnaire Time: What Happens When They End?The company sets the deadline and time for the questions. When time runs out, your answers are submitted as is and the questionnaire continues.
- I can't record my videoThe video is recorded directly in the browser, on your computer or phone. Allow camera and microphone access and use Google Chrome.
- Behavioral Profile Test and DISC InventoryWhen the company requests it, the test appears under Needs You on the Dashboard with Take the Test. It is done once and cannot be retaken.
